How to track your loyalty programme's performance

What your dashboard shows and where to find more detail.

Written by Berke Atik

Your Dashboard shows how your loyalty programme is doing at a glance: how many customers you have, how active they are, and what's been happening at the counter.

This guide explains what each part of the dashboard means, and where to find more detail when you need it.

Key numbers

At the top of the dashboard you'll find four key numbers. Each one shows how it has changed, so you can spot growth or a slowdown quickly.

  • Total Customers: Everyone who has joined your loyalty programme.

  • Active Customers: Customers who signed up or had a transaction in the last 30 days. This is a rolling 30 days, so the number moves every day.

  • Points Issued: The total points given to customers.

  • Points Redeemed: The total points customers have spent on rewards.

💡 Good to know: A customer who has just signed up counts as active, even before their first visit.

Customer growth

The growth chart shows new sign-ups and activity over time. It's a great way to see whether a promotion, a new flyer or a busy season brought more people in.

Recent activity

Recent Earning Activity

The latest times customers earned, with the customer's name, the amount and the date. This includes cards scanned at the counter, manual changes and sign-up rewards.

Recent Reward Activity

The latest rewards customers redeemed, with the customer's name, the amount and the date.

💡 Tip: Check your dashboard after each promotion or notification you send. A jump in active customers is a good sign that it worked.
