How Loyaltify works
You create your loyalty card on the Loyaltify platform: its design, its rewards and how customers earn them.
Customers join by scanning your QR code and filling in a short sign-up form. The card goes straight into their Wallet.
Each time they visit, your team scans their card with the Loyaltify Store app to add stamps, points or credit, or to redeem a reward.
You see how your programme is doing on your dashboard, and keep customers coming back with notifications.
💡 Good to know: Loyaltify works on its own. Your team scans cards with a phone or tablet, so you don't need to connect a till or any other system to get started.

Choose the right card
Every loyalty card uses one type. Pick the one that fits how you'd like to reward your customers:
Stamp Card: Collect stamps, get a reward. The classic for cafés, salons and bakeries.
Points Card: Earn points on every purchase and swap them for rewards of different sizes.
Cashback Card: Get a share of what you spend back to use next time.
Discount Card: A set percentage off every purchase.
Prepaid Card: Packages paid upfront, such as 10 classes or a month of coffees.
Membership Card: A digital membership card that records every visit.
Coupon Card: A one-time welcome offer that can turn into your loyalty card.
💡 Tip: Not sure which to choose? A Stamp Card is the simplest place to start. If you'd like to offer rewards of different sizes, go for a Points Card.
