Custom Back Fields let you add your own information to the back of your loyalty card. Use them to explain how your programme works, list your rewards, share your opening hours or anything else customers should know.
They're available on every card type, and customers can check them any time from their Wallet. This guide shows how they look on the card and how to set them up.
How they look on the card
Customers open the card in their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and tap Card Details. Each Custom Back Field appears as its own section, with the title on top and the description underneath.
How to add Custom Back Fields
Go to Loyalty Cards and open the settings of your card.
Open Advanced Settings and go to Custom Back Fields.
Add a field and fill in its Title and Description.
Add more fields if you like, then save your card.
Example
Each field is made of a Title and a Description. Here's a simple one for a café's Stamp Card:

Collect 6 stamps and enjoy a free coffee. 🎁
Just show your loyalty card when you order.
Ideas for your fields
How it works: How customers earn and what they get.
Your rewards: What customers can redeem, such as a free coffee for 100 points. This is especially useful on a Points Card, where rewards aren't shown on the card automatically.
Opening hours: When customers can visit you.
Programme rules: Anything customers should know, such as when stamps or points expire.
💡 Tip: Keep each field short and about one topic. A few clear lines are much easier to read on a phone screen than a long paragraph.
Good to know
The front of the card has limited space. Apple Wallet shows up to three fields and Google Wallet two, so put everything else on the back with Custom Back Fields.
