Want to dig into your numbers, share a report with your team, or see how each branch is doing? You can export your customers or every transaction from Loyaltify as a spreadsheet.
This guide shows you how to download each export and what you'll find inside.
Export your data
Go to Customers in the sidebar.
Click Export.
Choose Customers or Transactions.
If you only need a certain period, set a date range.
Download the file and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
Exporting is available to the store's Owner and Admins. Members can't export data.
What's in the customers export
One row for every customer in your programme, with:
Their name, email and phone number
The card they hold and their current balance
Whether they've agreed to receive marketing (Yes or No)
Their answers to your custom questions
How many people they've referred, and who referred them
💡 Tip: The customer list on the platform is always shown in sign-up order. If you'd like to sort your customers another way, for example by balance, sort the export instead.
What's in the transactions export
One row for every transaction, with the date and time, the customer, the card, the amount and the team member who made it.
The Type column tells you what happened:
SCAN: Stamps, points or credit earned
REDEEM: A reward redeemed
UPGRADE: The customer moved up to a higher tier
Referee and Referrer: Rewards from your Referral Program
💡 Tip: Want to know how often a customer visits? Count their SCAN and REDEEM rows. Filter the Type column to see only tier upgrades or referral rewards.
💡 Tip for businesses with several branches: Give each branch its own team login, then filter the export by team member to see how each branch is doing. See Manage your Team & Roles.
Good to know
Times are in UTC. If you're in a different time zone, adjust the times when you read the report.
Membership Cards record each visit as 1 in the points column.
Export as often as you like. There's no automatic or scheduled export, so download a fresh file whenever you need one.
Something not working?
If the export shows an error, refresh the page with Ctrl + Shift + R (or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac) and try again. Still stuck? Contact support through chat and let us know what the error says.
