Your sign-up form isn't just for QR codes in your shop. Its link works anywhere online: on your website, in emails, on social media or in WhatsApp.
This guide covers where to find your link, how to add the form to your website, personal links that fill in details for your customers, tracking where sign-ups come from and using your own web address.
Find your form link
Go to Forms and click the 3-dot (details) button next to your form. Copy the link and share it wherever your customers are: WhatsApp, email, social media, a link-in-bio, or your website.
💡 Tip: Some apps open links inside their own browser. If a customer's card downloads as a file instead of opening Wallet, ask them to open the link in Safari or Chrome.
Add the form to your website
A button or link (recommended)
A button such as "Join our loyalty programme" that opens your form link works best, especially on phones.
Embed the form
You can also show the form inside a page with an iframe. Paste this into your website, replace YOUR FORM LINK with your form's link and adjust the height to fit:
<iframe src="YOUR FORM LINK" width="100%" height="900" style="border:0;"></iframe>
Inside the embed, the look follows your form settings: logo, top text and background colour. Your own CSS can't be applied to it.
There's no JavaScript embed, only the iframe.
Give the embed a page of its own and link to it with a button, rather than placing it on a busy homepage.
Using a Wi-Fi portal or a landing page? Link it to your form. There's no general "Add to Wallet" link, because each card is created when someone signs up.
Personal links that fill in details
You can fill in form fields for your customers by adding them to the end of the link. For example, if your form has a custom question called SubscriptionID:
https://your-form-link?SubscriptionID=sub_123
Make the field required, and you can send each paying customer their own personal link. Email can be filled in the same way. Not sure what a field is called? Ask us through live chat.
Track where sign-ups come from
With a custom question of the type Hidden (From URL) (Growth and Advanced plans), your form saves a value from the link without showing anything to the customer. It's handy for ads and campaigns.
Add a Hidden (From URL) question to your form, for example called click_id.
Add the value to the link you use in your ad, for example
?click_id=summer_ad.Each customer who signs up through that link has the value saved on their profile.
You'll find it under Edit Customer and in your customer export. It works on every form link, including your own web address.
Loyaltify doesn't show which form a customer used, so to compare branches or partners, add a question such as "Where did you hear about us?" to each form.
⚠️ Tracking pixels and your own scripts can't be added to forms yet.
Use your own web address
Want your form on your own address, such as join.yourbrand.com/join/your-form? We can set it up on any plan for €99 per domain. Each form gets a clean address, and your WhatsApp link previews show your brand instead of Loyaltify.
Contact us through live chat with the domain you'd like to use. You need to own it.
Add the CNAME record we send you at your domain provider (usually a host such as join pointing to
app-public-form.pages.dev).Once we confirm it's live, use the new address in your links and in any new QR codes.
Your old form link and QR codes printed before the switch keep working. They briefly show a Loyaltify address before opening the form, so use the new address from then on.
Good to know
Your link stays the same. Editing your form, card design or Store Settings doesn't change it. Deleting the form does break it.
One link, one card. Each form belongs to one card. To offer several cards, share each form's link.
Anyone with the link can join. There's no approval step, so to stop new sign-ups, delete the form.
For more on setting up your form, see Sign-up Forms. For printed QR codes, see Flyers.
