Flyers are ready-to-print posters with your loyalty card's QR code. Customers scan it with their phone camera, fill in your sign-up form and get their card straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Put one on your counter, door or tables and your loyalty programme starts promoting itself. This guide covers how to create a flyer, download it and make your own designs.
💡 Example: "Scan here to join and earn a stamp with every visit!" One scan and your customer is a member, with no app to download.
How it works
Each flyer is linked to one of your sign-up forms, and each form belongs to one card.
A customer scans the QR code on the flyer and fills in the form.
Their loyalty card is added to their Wallet straight away.
💡 Good to know: Think of it as one card, one form, one flyer. If you have more than one card, each one needs its own form and its own flyer.
Create a flyer
Select Form: Choose the sign-up form the flyer should open. The flyer's QR code links to it.
Header Text: Add a title under your logo, such as "Get your digital loyalty card".
Background and text colours: Match them to your branding.
Scan Instructions: Tell customers what to do, such as "Scan the QR code with your phone camera and add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet". You can use bold text, lists and centring.
Paper size: Choose A4 (the default), A5, A6 or Letter.
The preview updates as you go. When you're happy, create your flyer.
Download, edit or delete a flyer
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on any flyer:
Download PDF: A ready-to-print file. Print it as many times as you like.
Edit Flyer: Change the text, colours or form.
Delete Flyer: Remove it for good.
Loyaltify doesn't print flyers for you, so print the PDF at home or at your local print shop.
Prefer your own design?
You don't have to use our flyer. You can download just the QR code, or copy your form's link, and use them in your own designs:
QR code: Download it from the Promote your loyalty programme section as an SVG. For a PNG, use the … menu on the form.
Form link: Copy it to share on social media, in emails, on your website or in a link-in-bio.

⚠️ One QR code always opens one form. If you'd like to offer several cards, put each form's QR code on your own design.
Good to know
Your QR code doesn't change. Editing your form, your card's design or name, or your store settings keeps the same link and QR code, so printed flyers keep working.
Place flyers where people wait or pay, such as the counter, the door, tables or the till. Share them on social media too.
